How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 5–9 business days of ordering. We deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Standard delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend.
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size guide next to the size buttons, in UK sizing, showing only the sizes that item comes in. If you are between sizes, take the larger one or email us and we will help.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. It must be unworn and unwashed with the tags attached. Email us first and we will send you the return instructions. See our Refund Policy for details.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also use our Track Your Order page with your order number or tracking number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the other major card brands shown at checkout, plus PayPal and Shop Pay. All payments are taken in pounds sterling.
